Campaigns and pools

A campaign groups the leads that came from one marketing effort, with its dates and budget. A lead pool groups leads for the team to share out.

Where to find it

Neither has its own list. Open a campaign or a lead pool from the Campaign or Lead Pool column of the Leads list, or from a lead’s own page.

What you can do

Read and edit a campaign’s name, owner, schedule, budget, status and description.
Read and edit a lead pool’s name and remark.
Deactivate a campaign or a lead pool that is no longer used.
