Calendar

The calendar shows your events — meetings, visits and appointments — by month, week or day, so you can see your schedule at a glance.

Where to find it

Select Calendar in the sidebar. Use ‹ and › to move, Today to come back, and switch between Month, Week, Day and List. On a phone the calendar opens on Day.

What you can do

Select a day to see its events in the panel beside the month.
Select New event to add an event on the chosen day.
Open an event to read or edit it — its time, location, attendees and reminder.
Use List to see the month’s events as a searchable table.
