To start working in easySales, sign in with the details your administrator gave you. Each company has its own separate workspace — see Licence and users.

An administrator at your company creates your account and tells you how to sign in. Have your email address or username, and your password, ready. If you sign in with a username, you also need your company’s Licence code.

Everyone signs in as themselves. A shared account makes the history of who changed what meaningless.

  1. Open the easySales sign-in page your administrator gave you.
  2. In Email / username, type your email address or your username.
  3. If you typed a username, a Licence code box opens when you move to the next box. Enter your company’s licence code there. To add or remove the box yourself, select Use a licence code or Sign in without a licence code.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Select Sign in.

You land on the Dashboard, with the sidebar on the left and your initial in the top right corner — see The workspace. easySales remembers on this browser whether you used a licence code, and the code itself, so the form opens the same way next time.

  • Details that do not match give one message, whichever part was wrong: Those details did not match. If you signed in with an email address, it adds that a username needs its licence code.
  • A deactivated account or licence has its own message — contact your administrator.
  • Repeated failures lock your username for a while. After five failed attempts, easySales refuses that username for a minute, and each further attempt doubles the wait, up to fifteen minutes. While it is locked, even the right password is refused with the same message. Wait, or reset your password.
  • Twenty attempts from one internet connection within fifteen minutes lock that connection for fifteen minutes, whichever usernames were tried — worth knowing in an office that shares one line.
  • Choose your language on the sign-in page too; the same choice is in your profile.
